Tasting Notes - Rich, Smooth, Citrus
To create our own version of this classic tea, we infused a special black tea from Yunnan, China with a wild-harvested Sicilian bergamot oil. We added dried bergamot peel to accent the rich dark leaves, and to make this tea ever more fragrant. Our Signature Earl Grey is delightful on its own or we suggest serving with a slice of lemon. 

Hot // 3g Earl Grey tea to 8oz water ( 205F ). Steep for 2.5-3 minutes. Strain / pour into your favorite tea cup.
Chilled // 5g Earl Grey tea to 16oz water ( room temp ). Steep for 4-5 hrs on counter or 6-8 hrs in fridge. Strain and chill. Re-infuse.
